Place: Whispering Pines Golf Course - 900 Harrelson Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC
Entry Fee: 18 holes: $75.00 per person, $300.00 per 4-some (includes: green fees, cart, chicken lunch buffet (back at the Moose Lodge), Also includes door prizes, raffles and auction. There will be other fun events with prizes at the course. Mulligan sales, longest drive, closest to the pin, a putting competition and a first-place team award.

ENTRY FORM DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 5TH. SEND COMPLETED FORM WITH CHECK PAYABLE TO MOOSE LODGE 1959.
Format: Captain’s Choice (scramble) with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.
Procedure: Under 59 years of age tee off at white tee box, 60–69 gold tee box. Over 70 and all ladies tee off from the red tee box.
Sponsorship: Corporate Foursome Sponsor ($200.00) Hole Sponsor ($50.00) Sponsor named in program ($30.00)
Cancellation Policy: If a player cancels, 48-hour notice is required to get 50% refund, if a player is a NO-SHOW, entry fees are non-refundable.
On the day of the outing, please bring a can/bag of dog or cat food to be donated to the Grand Strand Humane society.
